Hi, my name is Paul Lomas, and I'm the owner and director of 65 Group. Within that, we have aesthetic clinics in West London and Brentwood, Essex.
When I started, I thought I was doing the right thing. I invested in a CRM system—a quite pricey one—dedicated to aesthetics. Even though I only had a handful of clients, I felt that by doing this, I’d be able to keep control of bookings, new clients, and existing clients.
What I found was that I spent most of my time answering the same questions, sending the same text messages, and trying to manage it all between clinic appointments. As I got busier and busier, this became a real issue. It started affecting family time—weekends. Me and my other half would spend most of our time arguing because I was on my phone until midnight most nights, just answering simple text messages.
Then I invested in a social media campaign with a company that drove tons of traffic my way. And when I say tons, I mean some days I’d get 25 or 30 leads. That’s when my life just went bang—because I couldn't cope. I was missing more than I was dealing with. I was getting more and more frustrated, with spending more and more time on admin.
Then I came picked up on an advert for InDesk, and, InDesk has changed my life. And I mean that truly.
